- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆December 21, 2019, by Merritt Bussiere-NicholsHorrible return policy. Wore the ski pants one time, they were unwilling to take them back, give me a store credit, or do an exchange. They do not have a clearance section, they only will accept new, with tags, never used items for returns. I will never shop here again. Freeport is an entire town with Outlet stores built on the model of gently used clothing and items. It seems entirely unfair that I now have to eat the cost of pants that don't fit, and buy a whole new pair.
